DRUG FREE WORKPLACE—Our Company is certified drug free and our policy includes random drug testing, if necessary.
WE BELIEVE COMMUNICATION IS KEY—We have bi-monthly construction meetings so our Team Leaders know what jobs are coming up and what is expected of them. They are encouraged to express their ideas on how we can improve our company.
DAILY COMPLETION REPORTS—In order to provide our clients with an efficient and organized work crew, crew members are issued detailed cleaning assignments for which they are accountable. We ask that our DCRs be signed for work that is complete. This insures our clients that our work is done to a superior standard.
COMPETENT ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF—Our Sales Staff has been in this business a combined total of over 30 years. Our Construction Manager has been managing crews for over 20 years and our Accounting Manager has 18 years of construction accounting experience.
TRAINING—Upon hire, new employees are given a Company Manual and intensely trained to perform a detailed and excellent job for our Clients.
