I first started this business in 1986 by cleaning houses in the neighborhood because it gave me the flexibility to be home when my son got home from school. Well, I've come a long way and have worked hard for many years. For the first 10 years, I did not run this business with Godly principles. I did not know that God really wanted to know or help me in life because I thought He was a million miles away somewhere in Heaven and that I would see Him when I died.
Then God revealed to me that He wanted to help me in my life, if I would only accept Him into my heart. That day, 5 years ago, when my life was at its lowest point, I found that the most valuable thing in my life was the Lord and that He loved me and wanted me to succeed in life.
I began to apply what I was learning about the Lord, His ways and rules to my own life and business. The main focus of my business is to provide a quality service with hard working, honest people to serve the customers.
Little by little, this company has grown, with serving as our main focus. This company not only provides a valuable service for the customer, but also provides jobs with flexible schedules for hard working people with children. Respect and consideration for my people and customers, setting guidelines that people can follow, positive input into people who are serving the customer and praying daily with our hearts in the right place creates success. I believe in the Golden Rule; treat others as I would want to be treated. As a result, this company has proved to be successful, year after year.
As an oak tree provides much stability, so will this company be as a tree planted beside God's living stream of water, always providing for the needs of His people.
I, Pam Olson have made a commitment; to serve others as Jesus came to Earth be a servant to help people. That is my heart, and with this in mind, I believe that my plans will succeed.
